Tennis
My healthy (or not-so-healthy) obsession with all things tennis.

On Court
Tennis is more than a hobby for me--at any given time, I'm in at least two tennis leagues. While I enjoy doubles occasionally, I primarily play singles, where the mental and physical challenges are deeply rewarding. Each match feels like a unique puzzle to solve, requiring focus, strategy, and adaptability to my opponent's game. Evaluating my opponent’s strengths and weaknesses, adjusting my tactics, and finding ways to counter their weapons keeps the game exciting and endlessly challenging.
A Mental and Physical Challenge
One of the reasons I love tennis is the mental strength it demands. Every point, game, and set is an opportunity to reset, refocus, and find a way to persevere. When I’m in a match, I try to enter a flow state where nothing else matters — my mind is entirely on the game, and time seems to stand still. I'm still working on developing my mental strength in the game, but I'm so happy with how far I've come.
Tools of the Trade
My tennis setup is an essential part of my game. I play with a Yonex Ezone 100 strung with Tecnifibre NRG 16-gauge. My Asics Gel Resolution shoes keep me comfortable and agile on court, while my SwingVision app and a trusty tripod help me analyze my matches and improve my technique. Liquid IV keeps me hydrated, and, of course, no match would be complete without my SpongeBob dampener.

In the Stands
Tennis isn’t just about playing for me; I’m a lifelong fan of the sport. I’ve had the privilege of attending professional tournaments around the world, including Roland Garros, Wimbledon, and the Paris Olympics. Watching the best in the world compete is endlessly inspiring and fuels my love for the game.
Merging Passion with Data
My obsession for tennis goes beyond the court — I also enjoy coding tennis betting models for fun. It’s a way to combine my analytical skills with my passion for the sport, exploring patterns and probabilities in a game I know well. Whether I’m analyzing matches or playing them, tennis keeps me engaged, curious, and striving to improve.
Why Tennis Means So Much
Tennis is a source of joy, challenge, and community. It’s taught me resilience, strategic thinking, and the value of staying in the moment. What I love most is that I'm nowhere near the player I want to be; there is a constant hunger for improvement and becoming the best version of myself.
